How to complete additional verification
Restore sending after a deliverability check, a declined request, or an info request.
You got Additional verification required, Verification declined, or More info needed for verification. Sending is restricted until verification is completed or updated.
Additional verification required
A complaint or a bad sender-health window triggered a defensive review.
- Open Settings → Verification.
- Complete the form (website, social profile, list size, how you use Lumail).
- Clean the list if you also have bounce or complaint alerts — approval won’t stick if you keep mailing a dirty list.
More info needed
The notification already includes the question.
- Open Settings → Verification → Update info.
- Answer that question. Don’t resubmit the same empty form.
Verification declined
Reply to the email we sent, or write [email protected], with the extra evidence they asked for (site, opt-in proof, list source). There is no self-serve “approve” button.
First-time unlock (domain only)
If you were never verified, verifying a custom sending domain unlocks automatically (3,000/month). See Account Verification.
