Campaign Delivery Score

How the dashboard campaign delivery score is calculated, and how it differs from sender health

The campaign delivery score on the organization dashboard measures campaign-window bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe pressure on a 0–100 scale. It is not sender health, inbox placement, or the editor’s content checks.

For organization-level sending health, authentication, and SES infrastructure, use Settings → Deliverability. See Sender Health.

Score calculation

The campaign delivery score starts at 100 points and is reduced from campaign emails in the selected dashboard date range:

  • Each 1% bounce rate = -5 points (bounced / total campaign emails)
  • Each 1% complaint rate = -10 points (complained / total campaign emails)
  • Each 1% unsubscribe rate = -0.5 points

The result is clamped between 0 and 100.

This formula is independent of the 30-day sender health trust score used for verification.

Understanding the metrics

Sent

Campaign emails Lumail accepted for sending in the selected window, including messages still in flight.

Delivered to receiving server

Emails with a delivery outcome from the receiving server. This does not guarantee inbox placement — the message can still land in spam.

Bounced

Emails rejected and not delivered. Lumail tracks permanent and transient bounces. Remove permanent failures from the list.

Complained

Recipients who used an ISP feedback loop to mark mail as spam. Coverage depends on which providers send complaints.

Unsubscribed

Deduped unsubscribe events in the same window.
